Our Country 'tis of thee,
sweet land of liberty;
of thee I sing . . .
Land where my Fathers died.
Land of the pilgrim's pride.
From every mountainside,
Let freedom ring!

Oh, that it still was so
how glad I'd be;
that freedom filled our
land with sweet liberty!

So sad to say today
our Lord must grieve;
to see America now,
what her government believes.

Our children cannot pledge
allegiance in our schools;
Can't speak of God or Jesus,
they would break the rules.

Prayer's been abandoned, too,
replaced by gunfire;
murder ~ bullying ~ rape
Oh, school~life is dire!

Gangs bent on drive~by hits,
robberies ~ death ~ break~ins;
think they are really cool,
what will stop these sins?

Aborting full term babes,
the law since 1973;
murder on demand
how is THIS liberty?

Porn is very popular
online ~ on film~ in magazine;
child abuse ~ sex slave trade,
and everything between.

O, God, when will we ever learn,
to take SELF off the throne;
to worship You as Lord, again,
and serve you, Lord, alone!

July the Fourth a holiday,
yet what shall we celebrate;
our heroes bold of yesterday,
spent their lives for what, I
state?

Oh, let us bless God, America,
and stand for what is right;
then freedom shall REALLY be
freedom,
'tis worthy of the fight!
