Sound of angel's wings I heard,
so suddenly they came;
Gently they did touch my face
how softly spoke my name.

In the twinkling of an eye,
I felt as light as air;
as the voice of many waters
spake, "Come to your Home so fair"

Weep not for those you dearly love
their sorrows I shall heal;
Such joyfulness began to flow
I simply had to kneel.

Beside Him flowed a crystal stream,
I could scarce believe my eyes;
So clear ~ so pure with Heavenly hues
this sphere beyond the skies.

Wave after wave swept over me,
as angels and loved ones sang;
welcomes that enveloped me
such Heavenly harmonies rang.

"No more pain nor heartaches",
I'd heard that Voice before;
'Twas Jesus Christ embracing me,
"Welcome to ETERNITY'S SHORE"!

"Precious birthday gift are you",
He smiled with warm embrace;
His smile warming me as the sun
so radiant was His face.

Words cannot express ~ describe
what glories await you here;
when your earthly race is run,
my precious family & loved ones dear!
