No life beyond redemption,
no disaster too great for repair;
for every wand'ring prodigal
there is someone's heartfelt prayer.

For every wayward sinner
where seemeth no chance to win;
a Savior paid the ransom,
Himself, who knew no sin.

Bought Hope where hopelessness abode,
brought Faith beyond the grave;
left death and hell defeated
ahh, what sacrifice He gave.

Now victims become victors,
rainbows transform from rain;
rejection becomes rejoicing,
restoration from poverty and pain.

No tribulation too trying,
when Jesus comes 'pon the scene,
changes lamenting into laughter,
ashes of mourning into serene.

Compassion as a river
flows as mercy-drops anew;
everlasting to everlasting
oh, let Jesus Christ fill you!
