I am The Upper Room in which
was eaten the Lord's last Passover meal;
The Bread, His body, broken for you,
The Wine, His Blood, New Covenant to seal.

I am the stone in Gethsemane's Garden,
caught each teardrop and heard Jesus cry;
"Father, if it be thy will, let this
cup of bitterness pass me by."

I am the Bag of Betrayal held 30 pieces
of silver in Judases hand;
I, the kiss and embrace of the traitor,
whose deception no one could understand.

I am the cat-o-ninetails made of
leather thongs n shards tore His body to shreds;
we, forty lashes save one, that left
the precious Saviour, Jesus Christ, half~dead!

I am the Via Dolorosa upon which
Jesus stumbled and fell to the ground;
We, the painful thorns the haters plaited,
to use for that skull~piercing crown.

I am the cross of Calvary to which
Jesus' hands and feet were nailed;
We, the screaming, raging, rabid mob
spat upon, cursed Him and railed!

I am the spear pierced Jesus' side
from which blood and water flowed;
I am the thief on the cross beside Him,
begged forgiveness, as sweet mercy He showed.

I am the cave in which Jesus was entombed
when they took His dead body from the cross;
I, the stone seal'd that borrowed tomb,
we, the broken hearts felt such loss!

We are the angels, in three days, announced
HE IS RISEN ~ ALIVE just as He said;
I AM The LAMB OF GOD, JESUS CHRIST,
LORD OF LORDS, now your sin~debt is paid!

We are blessed Bride of Jesus Christ
celebrating this Resurrection Day;
sharing the GOOD NEWS HE'S ALIVE EVERMORE,
HE IS THE TRUTH, THE LIFE, THE WAY!
