I wrestle with the questions
of life's deep mysteries . . .
A picture tears my soul
of what my mind's eye sees ~

Three crosses upon a hilltop
what do they signify . . .
The stench of death spoils the air
what laws did these defy? ~

I hear Your voice speak softly
‘LOVE brought me here today . . .
My blood is as refiner's fire
washing every sin away ~

I hear You say ‘It's finished'
You are lowered to the ground . . .
Death has gained the victory
as with grave clothes You are bound ~

‘I CANNOT LOVE WITHOUT YOU'
my heart cries out in pain . . .
Oh, I will live, touch, taste and feel
but without LOVE life is vain ~

Do my eyes and ears deceive me
has the stone been rolled away ? . . .
My heart with glad rejoicing
leaps ~ I hear the angels say ~

‘HE IS RISEN ' ~ HALLELU YAH
LOVE has risen from the grave . . .
JESUS The CHRIST Incarnate LOVE
alive forevermore to save!
